Literature Text
Through weeks of restless nights
with bags beneath my eyes.
I feel so removed from life.
Like my brain has been set to autopilot..
I do things I'm told
I interact
I react
But it feels more that I'm a puppet
Held up on my feet by a million strings controlling my every action.
It feels as if I'm in the theater watching life unfold in front of me on the stage,
and i watch as the millions of people hiding behind paper masks go about their daily tasks.
When will it be the day that the strings will fade,
When the puppeteer will leave,
and autopilot will be turned off.

To my Father:Words of a friend
Dad, I wrote this for you out of a need to explain myself. I don't think you'll agree about everything but I just want you to read this .I don't want your pity, just for you to understand me. I love you, I don't know if I say that enough. I hope I do but I know we won't always agree. so I wrote this letter to show you why I argue with you.
When we were younger, you and I, were inseparable. I thought the world of you, you were and still are my hero. When you did anything you could never be wrong and were never cruel. Why, the answer is simple, because you are my dad. I loved that about you, I still do. I want this never to change. You always

Heaven Turned to Hell
A fairytale land with a view of the sea
Majestic animals scurry here peacefully
With dew on the emerald grass
And birds flying high in the puffy blue sky
One day in this foreign sanctum
A raven dropped out of the sky
Animals from all about welcomed the odd stranger
With a shriek and a cry
He twist and he bent
His darkened foul form took on new shapes
And he clawed at the horrified natives
With a deep breath and fire
The innocent were slain
And the haven was ruled with power and pain
